Shipping Information
In most cases, shipments will be processed within 24-48 hours of being placed, excluding week-ends and holidays. All orders are shipped via Priority Mail or Federal Express Ground service within the United States. Priority Mail Service takes 2-3 days to reach it's destination and Federal Express takes 3 days to arrive once it is shipped. Expedited shipping is available at an extra cost. Please contact customercare@cateandaddies.com for a quote on expedited shipping cost. You will be notified when orders are shipped and will be provided a tracking number.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Cate & Addie's our return and exchange policy is simple: If you aren't happy with your purchase we have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. You may return your purchase within 7 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping costs. You can also opt for an exchange or store credit. Between 7-14 days, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 14 days from receipt of purchase. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges.
Just follow these steps for returning your merchandise:
Contact our store at 817-355-3047 between business hours of 9:00am - 6:00pm CST, Monday thru Friday and 9:00am - 12:00pm CST on Saturday. We will issue you a return authorization number that is to be placed on the outside of your package and the address where you should send it. We must receive your package within 10 days of issuing your RA number. Please include a copy of your invoice with a note explaining your reason for the return/exchange.
Please Note:
-We do not accept returns without an RA Number
-We do not accept returns in less than the condition received and tags must be attached.
-Non-refundable items include personal care, such as baby balms and soaps.
Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed 4 hours after placing your order or prior to order being shipped.
Sizing
Manufacturer's sizing does vary. If you are unsure about the size that you need, we would be happy to supply the measurements of any item and an manufacturer's specifications we may have. Please contact us via telephone at 817-355-3047 or by email at customercare@cateandaddies.com.
Sales Tax
All Texas residents will be subject to a 8.25% sales tax.

Periodically we will offer special discounts. Please sign our Guest Book or email us at customercare@cateandaddies.com to be added to the list. Unless otherwise noted, only one discount code can be applied per order; this also applies to Free Shipping offers. Please use the discount code that will be the most beneficial to you.
